I do feel a bit of a drowsy feeling after have one gummy, which is good with my anxiety and insomnia. They do taste pretty good, too. Some I've tried elsewhere have a really bitter taste, so it was a pleasant surprise. Hope to have my anxiety dreams calm down and stop constantly waking up!
